You can machine wash cold on delicates, tumble dry low.

However...

For the longest life of the fabric, we suggest washing inside out (if possible) and air-drying.

Do not wash with anything containing metal zippers, as the friction can easily create holes in the soft fabric. 

Never use fabric softener, as it gradually builds up between the fibers.

To de-wrinkle, run in the dryer on the air cycle with at least a dozen wool dryer balls.
