Sizing Details

Both band pieces, and both sizes, are 4" wide. These bands are very stretchy and can accommodate a large range of sizes. If you are between sizes and want a snugger fit, we suggest sizing down.

Size 1:

Longer band that goes around the hips: length approximately 40"

Shorter support band: length approximately 22.5"

Size 2:

Longer band that goes around the hips: length approximately 52"

Shorter support band: length approximately 34.5"
