1 spray = 30mg. 350 - 360 mg/day for pregnant folks aged 19 and older. 310 - 320 mg/day if you are not pregnant.

To soothe this sensation, you can apply a moisturizer after spraying. You can also rinse the Magnesium off after rubbing it in.
